Patricia Geyerhahn (b. São Paulo, Brazil) works in a variety of mediums, such as oil painting, wood working, and analog photography. Geyerhahn’s diverse upbringing and transitory nature of her life has yielded a deep interest in the ambiguity of the world and the ways in which people identify and differentiate themselves. Her practice works to create unassuming and unusual spaces in which the viewer derives their own interpretation through their lived experiences. Simplified natural symbols are often employed for this project, becoming personified by their conscious orientation. Geyerhahn’s oeuvre demonstrates an adept sensitivity to light and how it informs a more restrained color palette, as well as how negative space can itself become a central component within a work.

Patricia Geyerhahn resides in Colorado. She received her BFA in Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design and her BA in Philosophy from Eugene Lang College of Liberal Arts at The New School, New York. Geyerhahn's work was exhibited in solo exhibitions, Standstill (2025) and Doppelgänger (2023), at Andrew Reed Gallery, Miami and New York respectively; group exhibitions of Geyerhahn’s work include I Am the I Am (2025) at Palo Gallery in New York and Touch Grass (2025) at Chilli Art Projects in London.
